Yes. Because our hair is 100% human hair, it can be washed, straightened, curled, and colored. We recommend having any coloring or bleaching done by a professional stylist to protect the quality of the hair. Please note that once hair has been altered in any way, it can no longer be returned or exchanged.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and delivery times vary based on your location. You will receive a confirmation once your order ships. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, as timing can depend on the carrier and your area.

For hygiene reasons, hair that has been worn, installed, washed, cut, colored, or altered cannot be returned or exchanged. Items must remain unused and in their original packaging, and requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and its packaging, and we will make it right for you.

Cancellation requests must be made before your order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Wash gently with sulfate-free products, condition regularly, avoid excessive heat, and store the hair properly when not in use. With proper care, our human hair can last a long time and keep looking beautiful.
