However, actual appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and the natural characteristics of human hair. Slight variations do not qualify as defects.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase through our available payment methods. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation by email. Cancellation requests must be made before your order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Please see our Returns & Exchanges policy for full details.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and circumstances outside our control. KukaDrew Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is accurate before completing your order.

For hygiene reasons, hair that has been worn, installed, washed, cut, colored, or altered in any way cannot be returned or exchanged. Full details are available on our Returns & Exchanges page.
